His knowledge of network protocols (LAN, VoIP, WAN and WLAN) and how they work within the enterprise networks are the key in providing customer service though knowledge transfer and education.

Ray was a member of a technical team that resolved critical network issues for Compaq Computer Corporation's world wide network. This included problems determination for major issues, hard to find and hard to fix problems. Compaq Computer Corporation’s world wide network consisted of over 150,000 nodes, 3,000 plus routers and server farms that housed thousand of servers. Networks of this magnitude require specific expertise in diagnosing and resolving problems. He was called on for technical support to resolve the hard to resolve problems.

Chase Bank
Ray brought his in depth experience to assist with troubleshooting, design, and implementation of LAN and WAN infrastructure. He established the corporate communication protocol for business continuity issues such as 911 emergency consulting, identifying the root cause of critical networks, application issues and client to server problems. As a leader of the IT team Ray was routinely called on to conduct detailed analysis using specialized industry tools.
